Job summary

Total Care ABA in Jackson, TN is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in-school mornings to support children with autism.

As an RBT, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families.

Travel to client homes and schools across Tennessee; training provided; flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and schools as needed.
• Participate in ongoing staff training.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill developmentCollaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required
