Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings with ABA-based strategies. The role involves implementing plans under BCBA supervision and collecting progress data.

Responsibilities include helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).
