Job summary

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of professional librarian experience.
• Must have strong verbal and auditory communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons in selecting, locating, and using materials and equipment.
• Conduct reference and Reader’s Advisory interviews in person or by phone.
• Create bibliographies and booklists to aid research and reading interests.
• Assist in collection development through review, selection, and cataloging of materials.
