Job summary

The Provo City Library in Provo, UT is seeking a part-time Library Page to help organize and re-shelve library materials, collect book drops, and assist with holds and shelf reading. This position offers 20 hours per week, with weeknights and weekends required.

The role requires basic reading, spelling, alphabetizing and counting skills, 16 years of age minimum, and a short customer service background or ability to follow directions while interacting with the public.

Qualifications

• Able to read, spell, alphabetize, count.
• Three months of customer service experience or ability to follow directions and interact with the public.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Organize and re-shelve library materials.
• Collect book drops and pull holds.
• Perform shelf reading and assist staff as needed.
• Contribute to general library operations as required.
