Job summary

pgcityutah is seeking a part-time Recreation Center Attendant in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The role supports front-desk operations, greets patrons, processes registrations and payments, and helps maintain a clean facility.

Flexible shifts (early mornings, midday, evenings, Monday–Saturday) and year-round availability are preferred. This non-benefitted, non-exempt position offers hands-on customer service in a community recreation setting, with opportunities to learn center operations and participate

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patrons.
• Provide general information on recreation activities, programs and facilities.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to proper staff when necessary.
• Take registrations and payments for recreation programs.
• Fill out daily cash reports and balance cash receipts when needed.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the Recreation Center.
• Attend staff planning, training and development meetings.
• Communicate with other staff to resolve issues and problems in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
