AtlantiCare is seeking a part-time Recreational Coordinator / Case Manager to organize after-school and weekend recreational activities across various facilities. The role includes leading trips, coordinating schedules, purchasing equipment, and ensuring proper paperwork.

Requirements include a related Bachelor’s or an Associate with youth work experience, NJ Driver’s License, CPI/BLS compliance, and ability to work with adolescents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or Associate Degree with 3 years full-time youth worker experience.
• New Jersey Valid Driver's License and CPI/BLS requirements as outlined in the posting.
• Experience working with adolescents is required.

Responsabilités

• Organize and administer regular activities using school facilities after school, on weekends, and in summer.
• Lead as chaperone on trips unless arranged otherwise.
• Develop programs for groups including physically or educationally handicapped.
• Create a monthly activity calendar for staff and district.
• Coordinate schedules with the school calendar to avoid conflicts (e.g., plays, talent shows).
• Assist in purchasing equipment and supplies with the Program Director.
• Handle trip paperwork and approvals (field trip forms, facilities usage).
• Coordinate referrals with SBYS staff and participate in discharge planning when needed.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Associate Degree with documentation of at least 3 years full-time experience as a youth worker
