Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for guests, residents, families, and vendors.
• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Answer phones, take messages, and direct callers appropriately.
• Handle mail, courier services, and packages daily.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident, associate, and company information.
• Process maintenance requests via the Work Order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.
