Silverado Lee's Summit is hiring a receptionist to welcome residents, families and guests with warmth and professionalism at the front desk. You will handle calls, greet visitors, process mail, and keep associate and resident files up to date while supporting clerical tasks.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, at least one year of public-facing experience, strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately

• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

Anticipated pay range

$18 - $20 USD
