Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing messages, and supporting multiple departments with administrative tasks while maintaining safety and a positive guest experience. Prior guest service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Able to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in person, email or phone.
• Answer phone within 2-ring guideline and follow up on missed calls.
• Check and route voicemails and messages to the appropriate persons.
• Screen calls for department manager and other leadership.
