Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
Able to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and take orders within Andretti guidelines, exceeding guest expectations.
Prepare standard and specialty drinks; pour wine and beer quickly and accurately.
Deliver food and beverages professionally according to Andretti standards.
Process payments and operate the POS system accurately.
Count cash drawer at shift start for accuracy and ensure correct change.
Maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and reset tables.
Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies; display bottles neatly.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations.
Check identification of guests consuming alcohol and comply with guidelines.
Assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive experiences.
Perform opening, running and closing duties as assigned.
Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
