Job summary

Gerald Naperville is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to support our Subaru and Nissan store in Naperville. Responsibilities include answering calls, clerical tasks, stocking supplies, and following receptionist policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience is preferred, but not required; training provided.
• Good job references required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.
• Stock supplies and refreshments.
• Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.
