NexCare Health's WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking a part-time receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. You will handle inbound calls, greet guests, and support a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Part-time role, 15–20 hours per week, with some weekend shifts. Starting wage is $15.15 per hour, with yearly wage increases and a benefits package including tuition reimbursement and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent phone etiquette and front-desk professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors in person or by phone.
• Answer phone calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Update facility phone listings as needed.
