Job summary

NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Fenton, MI is seeking a Receptionist to be the primary contact for callers and visitors. You will provide administrative and clerical support, greet residents and families, and route calls.

This full-time role offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, with yearly increases and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement, 401k, medical, dental, vision, Telemed, PTO, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Good communication skills, with ability to communicate and interact effectively with residents, physicians, visitors and all facility personnel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors both in-person or over the phone.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and route callers as needed.
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff and other staff, as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.
• Update facility phone listing, as needed.
