Job summary

WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking a part-time Receptionist to be the primary contact for incoming calls and visitor greetings. You will perform administrative tasks, maintain schedules, and protect confidentiality while providing friendly support to residents and staff.

The role offers 15-20 hours weekly with some weekend shifts and starting wages of $15.15 per hour. Tuition reimbursement and 401k are among benefits.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors both in-person or over the phone.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and route callers as needed.
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff and other staff, as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.
• Update facility phone listing, as needed.
