Job summary

Wellbridge of Clarkston is seeking a part-time Receptionist to be the main contact for incoming calls and visitors. You will provide essential administrative support and greet residents, families, and staff with professionalism.

Starting wages are $15.15 per hour with yearly increases. Benefits include Holiday Pay, Tuition Reimbursement up to $2500 per year, 401k with employer match, and career advancement opportunities. Shifts include rotating weekends and Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors both in-person or over the phone.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and route callers as needed.
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff and other staff, as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.
• Update facility phone listing, as needed.
