Resources for Human Development is seeking a compassionate Receptionist for a part-time PRN role in Norristown, PA. You will be the first point of contact, supporting an welcoming, professional environment and handling administrative tasks in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of office, receptionist, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
• Support facility security by monitoring visitor access, maintaining visitor logs, and issuing badges as needed.
• Perform administrative duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
• Observe and document client behaviors and responses to interventions when required.
• Report safety concerns or significant changes in client status to supervisory staff.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies.
