LifeQuest Nursing Center in Quakertown, PA is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team. The role covers 9am-6pm days with every other weekend; pay $14/hour.

This is a frontline position supporting residents, staff, and visitors with a caring approach. Duties include greeting visitors, answering calls, directing inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks while ensuring security and proper coverage during shifts.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in high school or high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Typing at least 50 WPM is preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff or residents.
• Answer the switchboard and route calls as needed.
• Receive inquiries and provide information per policies.
• Maintain reception area and schedules under lead receptionist guidance.
• Assist with light administrative tasks and mail distribution.
