Case Systems / BOSTONtec in Midland, MI is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and provide general administrative support across departments. This role requires a high school diploma, excellent phone etiquette, strong organization, and dependable attendance. You will handle mail, scheduling support, and coordinate with HR and other teams.
Typical schedule includes Mondays 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Fridays 7:30 a.m.
The Part-Time Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment by answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support. The Receptionist may also assist the Executive Administrative Assistant, Human Resources, and other departments with projects and administrative tasks as needed.
While performing the duties of this administrative position, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, see, and hear. The employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The work environment is typically an office setting with low to moderate noise levels.
