The part-time Receptionist for the Office of the President serves as the first point of contact for the President's Office and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented experience for all visitors, employees, students, and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting and directing students, employees, guests, answering and routing telephone calls, coordinating general office communications, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the President's Office.The Receptionist exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, and demonstrates exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Minimum: Education: High school diplomaExperience: Minimum of two years (2) experience as receptionist or related support role (or) combination of education and experience
Associate's degree, three years (3) experience as Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
