Ivy Woods Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team.

Shift: Day and Evening
Rate: $14-$18/hour

Purpose/Belief Statement

The Receptionist maintains a friendly and positive image for the center by greeting and directing callers, visitors, and guests. The role involves working as part of a team to ensure quality service, supporting team members, and managing resources effectively.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer phones, determine call nature, and direct calls appropriately
• Take accurate messages and ensure proper delivery
• Operate paging/telephone systems as required
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Participate in training, education, and orientation programs to maintain licensure and certification
• Perform other activities as assigned
• Adhere to policies, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection control standards

Qualifications & Experience

• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous receptionist experience required
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
