Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group in Steele Creek, NC is seeking a friendly receptionist for a part-time role. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Shifts are Monday–Wednesday 7:45am–4pm and one Friday per month 7:45am–1pm, in our Steele Creek office (28278). Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling, mail handling, and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
