Sunnyside-Presbyterian-Home in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a part-time Receptionist Assistant to be the friendly first contact for residents, families, visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents warmly and provide accurate information.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and route messages.
• Take and forward messages, especially for emergencies.
• Sell stamps, tickets, and copies and handle payments accurately.
• Sign out keys and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the reception area neat and welcoming.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
