Sunnyside Communities is seeking a Gatehouse Attendant at our Harrisonburg campus to greet residents and visitors, verify authorization, and help maintain a secure environment. You will oversee entry/exit points and provide directions while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to safety, and clear communication with residents, families, and staff. Weekend/holiday rotation and part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Friendly, courteous attitude and excellent customer service.
• Ability to screen visitors and maintain campus safety.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and verify authorization to enter.
• Monitor entry/exit points and report safety concerns.
• Provide directions and campus information as needed.
