Optim Surgery Center in Savannah, GA, is seeking a part-time Receiving Specialist/Coordinator to unload and check in incoming freight, communicate discrepancies to Purchasing, deliver and restock orders, and support inventories. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, unsupervised environment and handle items up to 50 pounds.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with medical supplies and equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of general supply chain logistics concepts.

Mansioni

• Unload and check in incoming freight per established protocols.
• Communicate receiving discrepancies to Purchasing for resolution.
• Deliver and restock incoming orders; assist inventories and bin maintenance.
• Coordinate outbound shipping requirements for the location.
• Consolidate supplies across bin locations when possible.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
