Job summary

Optim-Healthcare is seeking a part-time Receiving Coordinator for our Brunswick, GA location. You will receive, verify, and distribute supplies and equipment to support patient care services.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Director and involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining stock integrity, and assisting with inventories in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with medical supplies and equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of general supply chain concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and checks in incoming freight per established protocols.
• Communicates discrepancies to Purchasing for resolution.
• Delivers and restocks incoming orders.
• Supports Inventory Coordinators in cycle and periodic inventories.
• Coordinates outbound shipping requirements for the location.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
