Job summary

Optim Health is seeking a part-time Receiving Coordinator for our Savannah location. The role involves unloading and checking in shipments, restocking supplies, and supporting inventory processes in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with medical supplies and equipment preferred.
• Understanding of general supply chain concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and checks in incoming freight per established protocols.
• Communicates receiving discrepancies to Purchasing for resolution.
• Delivers and restocks incoming orders.
• Supports Inventory Coordinators in cycle and periodic inventories.
• Consolidates supplies kept in multiple bin locations when possible.
• Coordinates outbound shipping requirements for the location.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
