Job summary

Optim in Brunswick, GA is seeking a Receiving Coordinator (PT) to unload, check in and distribute medical supplies and equipment, and support inventory activities for the location. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfort operating with minimal supervision.

Prior knowledge of clinical supply chains is a plus and safety training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical supplies or equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of general supply chain concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work in an unsupervised environment.
• Ability to work under high-paced, stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and checks in incoming freight per established protocols.
• Communicates discrepancies to Purchasing for resolution.
• Delivers and restocks incoming orders.
• Supports inventory coordinators in cycle and periodic inventories, bin maintenance, min/max levels.
• Consolidates supplies across bin locations.
• Coordinates outbound shipping requirements for the location.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
