The ideal candidate licenses Wisconsin real estate or will obtain broker licensure within 6 months; responsible for coaching staff and ensuring timely reviews while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies across contracts and disclosures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coach and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, amendments and transactional files.
• Licensed or in-process Wisconsin real estate license; broker license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, disclosures, amendments, and files for completeness and compliance.
• Ensure transactions align with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Identify errors, omissions, risks, and provide corrective guidance to agents and staff.
• Educate team on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Maintain records of reviews and findings; monitor deadlines for reviews.
• Coordinate with operations, legal, and brokerage to resolve concerns.
• Offer process improvements to reduce compliance risk.
