Job summary

Jenks Public Schools seeks a Strong Readers Act Interventionist to provide targeted reading remediation under the Strong Readers plan. This 15-hour-per-week temporary position reports to the Site/Building Principal at West Intermediate in Jenks, OK.

You'll work with individuals or small groups, monitor progress, and collaborate with the Literacy Coach to tailor interventions and track student advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate.
• Fulfill district health and citizenship requirements.
• Acceptable alternatives as determined by the Board.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based reading interventions for individuals or small groups.
• Collect weekly or bi-monthly progress monitoring data.
• Collaborate with Literacy Coach and teachers on interventions and progress.
