• Identify and target student needs using data from i-Ready, CAASPP, classroom assessments, and referrals.
• Deliver explicit reading intervention to individuals and small groups, focusing on decoding, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies aligned with grade-level literacy expectations to address skill gaps.
• Track and monitor student growth using diagnostic tools and progress data, adjusting groupings and instruction accordingly.
• Maintain records of participation, skill focus, assessment metrics, and intervention outcomes.
• Collaborate with site teams to align instruction, communicate progress, and evaluate reading supports.
