Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or enrolled in teacher education program.
• PA teaching certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of literacy concepts as best practice.
• Current clearances (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, FBI Fingerprint) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct small group literacy lessons with students.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain attendance and progress records using screening tools.
• Collaborate weekly with teachers on unit topics and content.
• Communicate professionally with teachers and staff and manage behavior when needed.
