Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring an RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA-based interventions to children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress.

We offer flexible, part-time schedules with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required, with competitive pay and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Ability to collect and record data, monitor client progress, and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
