Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Carry out data collection, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and participate in ongoing professional development to advance in ABA. Part-time position with growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to support learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
