Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Flexible scheduling with growth opportunities to full-time as caseloads expand. In-home travel is expected locally with mentorship and career development supported by PBS Corp.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to children in home, school, or community settings.
• Assist BCBA in implementing treatment plans and data collection.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Record and track client progress accurately.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
