Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA-based support to children in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

We offer part-time positions with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits. Travel locally is required for in-home sessions, with a supportive team and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
