Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. We support earning your RBT certification with paid training and ongoing clinical team guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; training provided.
• Willingness to work in clients' homes and community settings.
• Commitment to at least six months and part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building plans and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build family connections.
