BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing ABA team. We offer training and support to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before beginning services.

Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings, with a part-time schedule and a strong clinical team to support your success. You will have the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
