Job summary

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, implementing individualized skill-building programs under supervision.

We provide paid training to help you earn your RBT certification, with ongoing support from an experienced clinical team and opportunities for professional growth within ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
