Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision. The role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing treatment plans, and helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging activities; afternoon and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Consistent afternoon and evening availability.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based, engaging activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
