Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in various settings and support families under BCBA supervision. You will teach communication and daily living skills, document session data, and track progress while adhering to program protocols.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of relevant experience, and be available weekdays with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
