Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Riverdale, GA is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while recording session data accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Experience in Safety Training.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality by documenting session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
