Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Georgia. The role supports one-on-one and small group ABA sessions, collects progress data, and works with BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities include maintaining a supportive environment, documenting client progress, and coordinating with caregivers and other therapists. Benefits include flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and professionals for program implementation.
• Take direction from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training on guidelines and regulations.
• Record appointments in practice management software daily; follow billing policies.
• Ensure patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
