Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a part‑time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support individuals with autism in home, community, or new centers. Paid training plus career growth opportunities are offered, with 40‑hour RBT training and exam prep provided.

You will work after school hours and weekends, collecting data, assisting BCBA‑designed sessions, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to ensure effective intervention and client progress.

Qualifications

• Requires high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain clean background and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in centers.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based methods.
• Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Implement training sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate with families and team members to support client needs.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support operations.
