Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support individuals with autism across home, community, or new centers. This part-time role includes paid training and preparation for the RBT exam.

You will work with a clinical team to implement evidence-based therapies, collect data, and participate in ongoing staff development. Training opportunities and potential career growth are available.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• BT: Must attend 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
• RBT: Must attend required training program.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers.
• Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and ongoing training.
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate with families and team members to support client needs.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
