Total Care ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-school and in-home ABA services across Tennessee, including Jackson, TN. Join a compassionate team delivering individualized therapy to children with autism and helping families achieve meaningful progress.

Applicants must hold RBT certification and BACB registration, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to travel locally for client sessions.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification and active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills development.
• Travel to client homes and schools as needed for in-school or in-home services.
