Job summary

A leading behavior therapy organization is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in Nashville, TN. This part-time, home-based role includes implementing behavior plans, providing direct therapy, and collaborating with a team for coordinated care. Qualifications

• Must hold a current RBT certification or obtain one within 30 days.
• Prior experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Successful completion of background check and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy focused on skill acquisition.
• Accurately record data during therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with team members for coordinated care.
