Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-school morning shifts in Jackson, TN. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules and opportunities for training and growth within Tennessee.

You will work one-on-one with children, delivering ABA services and collaborating with BCBA teams. Ideal candidates hold RBT certification and BACB registration, have a HS diploma or GED, and can travel locally.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children preferred; ABA experience optional.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes/community settings as required.
• Provide services in-person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required
