Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, on-site role in Conyers, GA. You will provide direct client care in individual and group settings, following BCBA-created plans, and collect data using Central Reach.

You will work with families and other professionals to ensure effective program implementation, maintain privacy, and participate in ongoing training and development to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ABA principles and therapy protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings following the treatment plan.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines and regulations.
• Record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing policies.
• Ensure patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate progress with clients, parents, and caregivers.
• Adjust therapy plans with BCBAs based on client progress.
