Job summary

Magical Moments ABA in Douglasville, GA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one and group therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data in Central Reach, follow treatment plans, maintain HIPAA privacy, and collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and schools to advance client progress.

This position offers a flexible schedule, ongoing professional development, and team-building events as part of a supportive, family-centered practice.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in progress
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred
• Knowledge of general ABA practices
• At least 18+ years of age
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings under BCBA guidance
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
• Complete required training related to guidelines, compliance, and regulations
• Record appointments in practice management software and comply with billing/payroll policies
• Adhere to RBT ethics and patient privacy policies (HIPAA)
• Communicate progress with clients, parents, and caregivers
• Adjust therapy plans with BCBAs based on client progress
