Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client care in one-on-one and small group settings following BCBA-driven treatment plans. The role requires 18+ and RBT certification, with ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings per BCBA treatment plan.
• Collect and record data on client behavior using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and other professionals for program implementation.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training on guidelines, compliance, regulations.
• Record appointments daily and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics, HIPAA, and confidentiality policies.
• Communicate progress with clients, parents, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress.
